Manulife has announced the appointment of three C-level executives to its senior management team in Hong Kong.
William Man has been named chief information officer and chief operations officer, Ivan Chan has been appointed chief partnership distribution officer and Selina Ko has been promoted to chief human resources officer.
All three roles are for Hong Kong, though Ko will also become head of employee relations for Asia.
Man will be responsible for leading Manulife Hong Kong’s information technology and digital execution strategies, as well as core insurance operations such as underwriting, claims and customer service functions. He previously held the same position in an interim capacity.
Chan will oversee the distribution of Manulife products through a sales network spanning banks, brokers and individual financial advisers. He was most recently head of business development, distribution operations.
In her new role, Ko will focus on building teams and culture, working closely with senior executives across the company’s different business units.
