Financial Risk Solutions (FRS), a Dublin-based provider of unit-linked investment administration and compliance oversight software has opened offices in Hong Kong and Malaysia.
After meeting life insurance firms and asset managers across Asia to understand their specific investment administration and oversight requirements, the company has identified that unit-linked or investment-linked insurance plans are growing at a significant pace.
This brings challenges for life insurers to scale operations in a robustly controlled risk environment, it says.
FRS software industrialises investment operations, promising increased efficiency, reduced risk and scalability.
The two new office openings, at Menara Darussalam in Kuala Lumpur and ICC in Hong Kong, will see FRS expand its footprint in Asia.
