Mathew Gundersen, former assistant vice-president for operations, Asia, at Berkshire Hathaway Specialty has joined Lloyd’s specialty (re)insurer Canopius as head of operations for Asia Pacific and the Middle East and North Africa (Mena).
Gundersen is joined at Canopius by Paul Hackett, former head of marine at Aspen in Singapore, who has become head of marine, energy and engineering for Asia Pacific and Mena.
