Bupa appoints general manager for Asia PacificMay 4 2017 by InsuranceAsia News Staff
Bupa Global, the international health insurance arm of Bupa, has appointed Angus Slater to general manager for Asia Pacific.
This new role brings together Bupa Global’s Greater China and South-East Asia regions. In his new role, Slater will focus on establishing key broker relationships in the region and continue to lead growth opportunities across the business.
Slater had been leading the Bupa Global Greater China region on an interim basis since February 2017, while also maintaining his role of sales and commercial director for Bupa Hong Kong.
Prior to this, he was marketing director for Bupa Global in London and has held senior leadership roles with Vodafone and Accenture.
