AIA Cambodia and Amret Microfinance have formally signed their partnership agreement, which is expected to boost their cooperation in the area of bancassurance.
Under the new agreement, AIA agents will be stationed at all Amret branches across the country.
This move will enable clients of the microfinance institution to have access to life insurance consultation as well as to products offered by AIA.
The agreement was signed yesterday in time for the inauguration of Amret’s new headquarters in Phnom Penh.
The ceremony was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Economy and Finance.
In a joint media release, the companies said the two firms will complement each other in offering the best services to their clients.
