Paul Norris

Vice President, Senior Portfolio Manager, American Century Investments

Paul Norris is a vice president and senior portfolio manager within the Global Fixed Income discipline
for American Century Investments, a premier investment manager headquartered in Kansas City,
Missouri. He is based in the company’s New York office.

Paul leads the Securitized Markets team within Global Fixed Income and serves as a senior portfolio
manager on several fixed income strategies, including Multi-Sector Credit Income, Short Duration MultiSector Credit Income, U.S. Core Fixed Income, U.S. Core Plus Fixed Income, U.S. Ginnie Mae Bond, U.S. Short Duration Bond, U.S. Intermediate Government Bond, U.S. Multi-Sector Floating Rate Income and U.S. Short-Term Government Bond. He is also a member of the firm’s Global Fixed Income Investment Committee, which sets investment outlook for the Global Fixed Income group. Prior to joining American Century in 2023, Paul was managing director and head of structured products at Conning Asset Management. Previously, he was a portfolio manager for Mariner Investment Group, managing an absolute return mortgage strategy. Paul also held prior roles with Dwight Asset Management as head of securitized products and with Fannie Mae as director of mortgage portfolio and liquid assets. He has worked in the industry since 1992.

Paul earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Towson University and a master’s
degree in finance from the University of Maryland.
