Isaac Guasch is Cyber Security Leader at Tokio Marine HCC (TMHCC), a leading global specialty insurer. A telecommunications engineer with a Master’s degree in IT Management, he brings over 20 years of experience across technology, cyber security and strategic consulting, with a focus on financial institutions in Europe and Latin America. At TMHCC, he leads the Cyber Security team of technical experts within cyber underwriting, overseeing cyber risk modelling, control frameworks, threat intelligence and support for disciplined, data-driven risk assessment.

Before joining TMHCC, Isaac worked as an IT Risk and Cyber Security Manager. He is a recognised industry voice, regularly speaking at international forums and publishing white papers. He also lectures in Cyber Security at university level.
