Ann Chua

Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit Committee of MSIG Insurance Singapore

Ann brings over 40 years of insurance and reinsurance experience in the region. She is currently a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit Committee at MSIG Insurance Singapore. Previously, Ann spent 15 years as Head of Asia for AXA XL Re, concluding her tenure as Special Adviser in April 2025.

A dedicated industry leader, she was one of the longest-serving Executive Committee members and a former Honorary Treasurer of the Singapore Reinsurers’ Association.

Ann’s industry standing is recognised by her inclusion in Insurance Business UK’s Top Global Reinsurance Professionals Hot List 2024 and Influential Women in Re/insurance list 2017.
