Raymond Barrett is the Editor-in-Chief of InsuranceAsia News. Based in Hong Kong, Raymond’s extensive international experience allows him to bring a unique perspective to global risk challenges. Previously, he was Global Managing Editor of the Policy & Regulatory Report (PaRR) in Washington, DC.  He has also written for the New York Times, the Guardian and Foreign Policy. Raymond is the author of Dubai Dreams: Inside the Kingdom of Bling.
