Vinamra Srivastava

Partner & Head of Sustainable Investment, Asia, ERM

Vinamra is a Partner at ERM and heads Sustainable Investment for the firm in
Asia. He brings more than 20 years of experience across corporate sustainability,
sustainable finance, investments & asset management, real estate and
infrastructure.
At ERM, Vinamra leads infrastructure investment support for funds, M&A duediligence & post-merger sustainability advisory for private equity and corporates,
sustainability-linked value creation in PE portfolios, sustainable finance
transactions, and corporate sustainability & climate change strategy for large
corporates. In his former role, he served as the Chief Sustainability & Sustainable
Investments OƯicer of CapitaLand Investments and a member of its Senior
Leadership Council. His focus areas included decarbonization strategies,
sustainable finance, climate scenario analysis, transition & physical risks,
climate mitigation & adaptation, climate-tech innovation, and social impact
strategy among others. He also led private equity infrastructure investments in
renewable energy and energy transition projects. His earlier experiences at CLI
included CEO of India Business Parks and Head of Corporate Strategy.
As an ex-management consultant, his experience spans corporate strategy,
market entry, infrastructure investments, M&A, due diligence and feasibility
studies among others. He holds a Master of Business Administration from Indian
Institute of Management Ahmedabad
