Hemant is currently Head of Liability Driven Investment Solutions in AIA International Limited, one of Asia’s leading insurers. In his remit spanning Investment and ALM, he focuses on driving the risk-return optimisation of investment portfolios factoring in ALM and risk based capital considerations.

Hemant has close to two decades of experience working in leading global firms across Financial Markets, Insurance industry and Investment Management, with wide ranging expertise building robust investment processes across asset allocation, investment strategy, portfolio construction, Alternatives and fund/manager due diligence. He has also served a wide variety of institutional investor clients across Europe and Asia in developing investment portfolio solutions for specific investment objectives and risk-return characteristics.
