China’s Huize Insurance completes US$31m series B fund

Huize Insurance, one of the top online insurance agency platforms in China, has received a total of USD$31 million in a series B round of financing from still unidentified Chinese investors.

According to Chinese media reports, the identity of the Chinese investors, which poured in Rmb200 million into the 10-year-old online third-party insurance service provider, are difficult to verify because there is little public information about them.

It allows consumers to compare and purchase among more than 700 insurance products

The Shenzhen-based Huize Insurance, which operates three divisions targets individuals, corporations and insurance brokers, has previously received series A financing from SAIF Partners.
