Prudential launches fintech programme in Singapore

Prudential Singapore aims to collaborate with financial technology (fintech) startups globally and to co-develop digital solutions for customers through the Pru Fintegrate partnership programme.

Launched in Singapore, the programme offers fintech startups the chance to build and to validate prototypes at scale and speed, the insurer said in a statement.

The programme works with startups that offer a solution to one of the 19 insurance-related problem statements listed and selected by Prudential.

The digital solutions that the partnership will produce will be applied to the entire value chain, from helping customers understand how to address their insurance gaps, to simplifying their insurance purchases and claims processes.

The insurer added fintech startups from anywhere around the world can participate in the Pru Fintegrate project in Singapore.
